The Relay Competency Center (RCC)
The RCC allows customers and distributors to PLUG-IN to Schneider Electric's vast product-related resources.
Our purpose is to develop innovative products and support tools for customers of general purpose and industrial use relays.
The RCC leads the design and manufacturing processes to reduce the time to market with the goal to continually introduce new and innovative products.
The primary role of the Relay Competency Center is commercial relay development and includes the following activities:
- Product selection & positioning
- Application development
- Product design & manufacturing
- Sales and customer field support
- Technical expertise
Designed to extend in-depth product and application expertise to users and distributors, the center provides both pre-sale and post-sale assistance to meet all relay design and replacement needs.
